The party was great fun and it was nice to relax and get to know everybody in the class a little better. I think we need little parties like this once in awhile so we don't get too uptight and we get to know people as they are and not just as co-workers or classmates. By doing this, trust comes easier I believe.

Today we watched a lot of the Seven Habits videos and I got so excited! I am so excited about doing this program and learning how to change my life for the better so I can be the most productive and get the most out of my life! I've already been learning a lot by doing the notebook and I'm excited for what the rest of the program will bring!

I liked class on thursday even though I'm not exactly clear on the reason why we put those slides together. I guess it did help to put the whole picture into view of what we're doing and the steps we're taking to get there. I don't remember who I was talking to in our group, but we were talking about how the new thread idea will actually take away the need to have a box where people can file complaints or concerns. This new way of expressing ideas will allow whoever wants to to express any concerns they are having and have it be anonymous so I think it will be a good idea. It will probably take a little time to get used to and we don't really have that much time left in the semester, but I think it will benefit us when we do get the hang of it!

Hey!!! I liked class because I really like games so that was fun! And I like the point that the game makes. We really do make and accomplish so much more if we're not always thinking about ourselves, but thinking about our team as a whole. I played this same game in my interpersonal communications class and I was the one putting all the X's. By the end of class everyone in the class didn't quite like me anymore. I think by always looking out for yourself instead of for your team as a whole, it causes problems within an organization because people start having bad feelings towards one another and then there is back stabbing and talk around the "water cooler" like Bro. Adams talked about. To avoid problems like this, we need to look out and work with our team!
